Warranty Policy
Geekbar offers a quality warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase to all distributors and wholesalers. Our warranty policy only applies to customers who buy genuine Geekbar items. If you acquired a counterfeit product, any assistance or warranty issues should be referred to your direct dealer.

How to file a warranty claim.
Please contact the retailer where you purchased your gadget and keep your evidence of purchase handy in case you require warranty service.

Checklist
Before submitting a warranty claim, please ensure that you have the following:

  1. The purchase date is within the 14-day warranty period.
  2. Copy of the receipt or evidence of purchase.
  3. Authentic code found on the packaging.

Since it is a disposable product, we do not accept returns or replacement. Please ask before you leave the store if the warranty is available or if you can test the product in person to see if it is fully functional.
